CAREFUL PLANNING
New requirements have been set by the Australian Border Force (ABF) for anyone who is travelling to, or transiting through Australia, after 22 January 2021. Travellers must provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test to their airline. This test must be taken within 72 hours or less before the scheduled departure. Travellers must also complete the Australia Travel Declaration before arriving in Australia.

Inbound Approvals
- Spouses of Australian Citizens have been granted travel waivers to enter Australia and remain with their Australian spouse during the processing of an onshore partner visa application. Many of these couples had attempted to obtain approvals themselves but were denied before we assisted them.
