Top Tips for dealing with Undisclosed Assets in Family Law Matters – Restraints and injunctions

Restraints and injunctions – where you suspect that something suspicious is occurring, or can see in bank statements a series of payments that indicate that funds are being dealt with inappropriately, a Court can be asked to issue a restraint or freezing order on someone’s bank accounts. These orders can even be directed to the bank, so that the person has no choice but to freeze their banking activity. These are very restrictive orders and are not commonly obtained.
