Special Purpose Visas for Fiji and Timor-Leste defence forces and personnel
Migration Amendment (Status of Forces Agreement—Fiji and Timor-Leste) Regulations 2023 – F2023L00125, amends the Migration Regulations to add Fijian and Timor-Leste armed forces, civilian component personnel and their dependants to the list of defence forces who are eligible for Special Purpose Visas under the Reciprocal Access Agreements for s33(2)(a) of the Migration Act.
This Instrument commenced on 21 February 2023.
