Catalano has worked in the legal industry since 2018 and gained valuable experience representing and advising individual and corporate clients across various areas of law including Litigation, Migration, Property Law, Commercial Law and Family Law. Catalano was admitted to the legal profession in February 2023 after working with Nevett Ford since 2020 in administrative and paralegal roles, and was previously a nationally accredited mediator with the Victorian Association for Dispute Resolution.

Catalano is highly detail-orientated and conscientious, ensuring that legal advice is both precise, and accessible for his clients. He is experienced in litigation, mediation, property and family law.
