Application for payment plan

We understand that at times you may not be able to make payment of our invoices in full or make payment of large amounts requested to cover fees. In order to assist our clients, we are happy to enter in to Payment Plans to ease this burden.

If a Payment Plan is something you would like to discuss with our Accounts Department, we would ask that you complete the below the details and if approved, a Direct Debit Service Agreement will be provided to you. If our Accounts Department has any queries, they will contact you to discuss.

What is the length of your proposed payment plan?

To ensure compliance with the relevant statutory requirements and to ensure security of our client’s information, we will not ask for credit card details by email. Once a Direct Debit Service Agreement has been completed and signed by you, our Accounts Department will contact you by phone to obtain these details. We (Nevett Ford Melbourne Pty Ltd User ID 534206) will then arrange, through our own financial institution, the payments from your nominated account/credit card in accordance with Direct Debit Service Agreement.
