Nevett Ford Lawyers recently came in second place in the Champions of Pride 2021 Award (Boutique Law Firms category) organised by Lawyers Weekly.
Champions of Pride Award recognizes the law firms and organisations that best demonstrate a commitment to the advancement of diversity and inclusion initiatives pertaining to legal professionals who identify as LGBTQI+. The Award was held at Dockside in Sydney with former justice of the High Court of Australia, the Honourable Michael Kirby delivering the keynote address at the luncheon.
We are incredibly proud of what our firm has achieved, particularly following the appearance by our head of Family Law, Richard Hamilton on ABC to speak about the passing of the bill banning ‘gay conversion’ therapy on air.
