From 1 July 2024, the TSMIT will increase from $70,000.00 to $73,150.00 (excluding superannuation).
New nomination applications for Subclass 482 and Subclass 186 visas from 1 July 2024 will need to meet the new TSMIT of $73,150.00 or the annual market salary rate, whichever is higher.
This change will not affect existing visa holders and nominations lodged before 1 July 2024.
If you or your employee’s remuneration package is not over $73,150.00 per annum and you plan to lodge a new Subclass 482 or Subclass 186 application, please ensure that your nomination is lodged before 1 July 2024.
