On 26 June 2021, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) increased the fees for review of migration decision applications relating to visas other than protection visas. These increases also include review of sponsorship and nomination decisions.
The new fee to lodge an AAT application is $AUD3,000.00
This fee will be indexed annually from 1 July 2022
