A new Legislative Instrument amends the Migration Regulations by inserting new Regulation 300.512. This change allows holders of the Subclass 300 visa to travel to, enter and remain in Australia until 31 March 2022 for those visa holders:
- Whose visa was in effect at any time during the period beginning on 6 October 2020 and ending on 10 December 2020; and
- The holder is outside Australia on 10 December 2020.
