Dear clients and stakeholders
I hope that you are well and have had a good start to 2021. I am writing to provide an update on how we at Nevett Ford are planning to manage the transition from working remotely now that government restrictions have eased.
We plan a return to the office from 1 February 2021.
How will we return?
We have spent a considerable amount of time reviewing government guidelines and recommendations and will be following these to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients. As we are only able to have 50% of our team in the office at any time, we have designed a return to the office that allows for each member of our staff to be in the office for 5 days per fortnight. On those days when in the office, it is likely that our team will work outside of “normal” business hours of 9am – 5.30pm so that they have the comfort of avoiding peak travel times. This will mean they will either be available to you from 7.30am to 4pm or, 10.30am to 7pm. We encourage you to discuss this with any Nevett Ford team member you are working with for clarification on their availability. When our staff are not working from the office, they will continue to work remotely as they have done since March 2020.
What does this mean for you?
Our return to the office means that we can again meet with our clients face to face. To ensure your safety, and the safety of our team, we have implemented precautions around face to face meetings which include:
- wearing face masks when unable to socially distance;
- capacity limits on our meeting rooms;
- pre-meeting questionnaire;
- temperature checks on arrival;
- sanitising and disinfecting of shared surfaces frequently; and
- cashless payments.
In the future
We are not sure when we will be able to increase the numbers of people able to work from the office but assure you that we continue to monitor government updates and recommendations.
Our focus has been on, and will continue to be, on the safety of our clients and employees and the commitment to continue to provide uninterrupted service.
If you have specific questions not addressed here or on our website, please feel free to contact me directly.
We look forward to seeing you.
