Peter leads the Commercial and Property Law Practice Group and provides experienced commercial legal advice to property developers, joint venture partners and investors with a focus on creating the most appropriate documentation to give effect to agreed arrangements between the relevant parties.

His particular experience is in providing advice and documenting transactions for both complex commercial undertakings and business arrangements for business clients ranging from small businesses to substantial privately owned enterprises.

Additionally, Peter provides specialist estate and succession planning advice, assisting clients with appropriate wills and associated estate planning documentation tailored to their circumstances.
