Bachelor of Arts, University of Melbourne; Juris Doctor, Monash University; Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (College of Law).

Emily is a dedicated and experienced immigration lawyer who has worked in the field since 2022. Her early work as a paralegal influenced her decision to specialise in migration law upon the completion of her Juris Doctor in late 2023. Since being admitted into practice in August 2024, Emily has become known for her conscientious, compassionate and client-centred approach.

Emily supports both individual and corporate clients across a broad spectrum of matters. Such matters include, skilled and employer sponsored, refugee and protection, student, visitor and family visas, as well as assisting in complex cases involving visa cancellations, refusals, and review matters before the Tribunal. Emily is trained in, and has experience with, working with culturally and linguistically diverse clientele, ensuring her approach is tailored to their specific needs.

She is passionate about offering a reliable support and strategic advice to those who find themselves having to navigate Australia’s immigration system – every step of the way.
