David is an Accredited Immigration Law Specialist, an Associate Fellow of the Migration Institute of Australia and a registered Migration Agent.

David provides advice to corporate clients and individual private clients on all matters related to Australian immigration law, as well as visa appeals for the AAT and the Federal Court.

For many years David has been an active member of various committees of the Law Institute of Victoria and has been instrumental in preparation and presentation of submissions to the Commonwealth Government on immigration law and policy.
