CASE STUDIES
Our team has assisted thousands of clients obtain Australian Permanent Residence and Citizenship even when they have previously been refused. The following is an example in relation to a client who had a Partner visa application refused when they engaged another lawyer.
There were multiple reasons for the refusal, including failure to meet the health criteria but it also involved character (police convictions). Nevett Ford was able to assist and advise the client through the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) appeals process and then the Ministerial Intervention request process to obtain Australian Permanent Residence when the client had previously been advised by another lawyer that they had no chance of success.
At Nevett Ford, we are dedicated to providing certainty and clarity about your Australian Visa options. We can navigate confidently through all types of cases, including highly complex cases, to obtain the desired outcome.
